Wendy Knight - Ronald Reagan High School

Wendy Knight is a 5'9" guard that plays for Ronald Reagan High School in San Antonio, Texas.  Her favorite sport to watch is football, her favorite player to watch is Manu Ginobili and her favorite hobby is goofing off with her friends and hanging out with her youth group.  Wendy said that her goal in high school is to be a great leader and teammate and help her team to go far in the play-offs.  She said that she also wants to be a good all around player and help her team on the boards, with assist, points and defense as much as she can. She wants her team to be able to depend on her in pressure situations.

Wendy said that if she could play college basketball anywhere she chooses she would love to play for the University of Texas but she certainly has a very open mind to play anywhere that she gets the opportunity.  Her favorite movie of all time is "Facing the Giants".  She loves to eat pizza, her favorite subject in school is math, and she loves Christian, Country and Pop music.  If she could travel anywhere in the world it would be to the Bahamas.  Her role model in life is her parents and God.

Wendy is a great finisher in traffic and can hit the 3.  She has strong handles and passes well.  She also has great instincts on defense and plays the passing lanes well.  Wendy is athletic who can motor and run the floor.  She has strong fundamentals and leads by example.  Wendy's high school team colors are green, black and silver and their mascot is the Rattlers.  She is coached by Terry Barton.  Click Here to view the Rattlers schedule on MaxPreps website.
