On July 2-3, 2015, Premier Basketball Report teamed up with Dan Olson with Collegiate Girls Basketball Report and ESPNW Hoopgurlz to host the ESPNW Hoopgurlz Exposure Plus Camps in Houston and Dallas, Texas. These camps gave players a unique opportunity to have the undivided attention of PBR scouts and CGBR/ESPNW scouts. Over 100 players attended each camp and listed below are some players who stood out:
2019 - McKinzie Green - Manvel High School: Green is a heady, athletic lead guard with above average handles who can create for herself or her teammates. She does a good job of finding the open teammate on her drives whether it is a shooter or backside post.
2018 - Rayven Peeples - Oak Ridge High School: Peeples is a 6’2” forward who rebounds outside of her area. Her ability to run rim to rim in transition, attack the basket from the high post, and score with her back to the basket has college coaches excited to watch her development over the next couple of years.
2018 - Mikayla Schneck - SATCH: From a basketball family, Mikayla is the next in the line of Schneck hoopers. She is an athletic wing who can knock down the three, but is best when attacking the basket because of her ability to finish in with either hand.
2016 - Brittany Panetti - Tompkins High School: Panetti is a long, bouncy forward who can finish on either side of the basket. She runs the floor well and does a good job on the boards. After being released in May from an ACL injury, Panetti played well and showed very little physical aftermaths from the injury.
2016 - Mailee Jones - Ronald Reagan High School: Jones is an athletic wing with an attacking mindset who is best in transition. She does a good job of changing speeds and levels with the dribble to set up her defender. She can fire it up from beyond the arc and midrange, with a pull up in the half court or transition.
2019 - Jordyn Oliver - Prosper High School: Oliver is a top athlete who can break down her opponent and elevates to finish. She is a good on ball defender who jumps passing lanes and helps on the defensive boards.
2018 - Lauren Davenport - Plano High School: Davenport is a wing who has developed into a solid scoring threat anywhere on the floor. She can knock down the three off the bounce or catch, and also break down her defender off the dribble or in the low post.
2018 - Diamond Atchinson - Waxahachie High School: Atchinson is a true point guard who was more aggressive creating her own shot. She knocked down a couple threes and was looking to score in the lane when she drove.
2017 - Amber Dixon - Mansfield Summit High School: Dixon is an athletic point guard who looked very good as it was her first competitive game action since ACL surgery. Her knee looked healthy as she was explosive in the half court and was able to change directions in transition at full speed.
2018 - Diamond Wilcot - Bishop Dunne High School: Wilcot is a wing who can score facing up or with her back to the basket. She does a good job of rebounding on both ends of the floor, plus she can lead the break after a defensive rebound.
