While the Final Four was being played in Dallas, future Final Four hopefuls were battling it out at the
WPA Bruins Spring Tip-Off Tournament in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Teams from Pennsylvania, Michigan, Ohio, and Virginia got ready for the upcoming April Evaluation Period.
Tournament host WPA Bruins-Cash met Team Takeover EYBL in the finals of the Blue division with Team Takeover taking the 58-50 win. After a year of being young on the GEYBL circuit, Team Takeover is primed to make a run at the GEYBL title with Tennessee commit 2018
